How payment works

Paid in a single payment
The monthly pass is paid in a single payment. It is valid for one calendar month.

Missed sessions are not credited
We do not refund missed sessions, and they do not carry over to the next month.

Joining mid-month
If you join in the middle of the month, you pay the drop-in rate for the number of sessions you choose, in advance.
04
Beginners start with an intro session
If you are still uneasy on a bike, we start with one 20,000 ₸ one-on-one session before you join a group — it makes joining much easier.

Payment via Kaspi QR
Message us and we'll send a Kaspi QR. Confirmation comes via WhatsApp.
